Things to clarify before booking:
- Capacity details — Get exact guest capacities for different room configurations, as this isn't specified online and will determine event feasibility
- Amenities and technical setup — Confirm what's included (catering facilities, AV equipment, staging, Wi-Fi, parking) versus what requires external vendors
- Flexibility outside standard hours — Ask about evening availability or extended hours, since listed hours (ending 4:45–5:00 PM) may limit some event types
- Rental inclusions and hidden costs — Request a detailed breakdown of what's covered in the venue fee versus additional charges for tables, chairs, setup, or staffing
