Sindhu Bhavan

Best For:

• Small to medium corporate events and business meetings (up to 100 guests)
• Community gatherings and cultural events
• Intimate celebrations and social functions
• Workshops, seminars, or training sessions

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to pinpoint. Based on the venue type and 100-guest capacity in Ahmedabad's market, expect anywhere from ₹15,000–₹50,000+ depending on inclusions (catering, décor, equipment). Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as pricing varies significantly based on event duration, day of week, and services included.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (9 AM–11 PM daily) provide flexibility for various event timings
• Accessible location in Bodakdev with nearby dining options (Mango Restaurant vicinity suggests commercial area)
• Compact 100-guest capacity is manageable for coordination and creates an intimate setting
• Consistent availability across all days of the week without apparent closures

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request a detailed amenities list—clarify what's included (tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, WiFi, kitchen facilities, parking)
• Confirm catering policy: is external catering allowed, or must you use their vendor?
• Ask about space layout flexibility and whether the full 100-capacity can be divided into separate areas
• Verify additional costs for setup time, decoration, and equipment rental, as these often aren't reflected in base pricing
