Megma Restaurant & Banquets

Planner Insight: Megma Restaurant & Banquets

Best For:

• Intimate corporate dinners and business meals (under 100 guests)
• Small wedding receptions or engagement celebrations
• Birthday parties and milestone celebrations
• Private dining experiences for close-knit groups

Estimated Budget Range: ₹800–₹2,000+ per person (estimated). Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs will depend on menu selection, beverage packages, and any additional services. Budget for potential venue fees or minimum spend requirements typical of restaurant-based banquet spaces.

What planners usually like:

• Split-level venue (1st and 4th floor) offers flexibility for separating events or creating distinct spaces
• Consistent operating hours across the week simplify scheduling
• Restaurant setting means in-house catering is straightforward with likely customizable menus
• 100-guest capacity is manageable for intimate events without feeling cramped

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request a complete amenities list—confirm availability of sound system, lighting, decorations policy, and AV equipment for presentations
• Clarify if there are separate areas/private spaces on each floor and whether the entire venue can be exclusively booked
• Confirm pricing structure: Is there a per-person rate, minimum spend, or separate venue fee? Ask about off-peak vs. peak pricing
• Verify parking availability and guest accessibility, given the mall location—this can significantly impact the attendee experience
• Confirm kitchen capacity and menu flexibility; ask if outside catering is permitted if needed
