Serendipity Events

Planner Insight

Best For: Corporate events and business meetings, small to mid-sized celebrations (weddings, anniversaries), private parties, community gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: $1,500–$5,000+ (estimate based on full-service event venue positioning in Las Vegas market). Actual costs will vary significantly depending on guest count, date, and services included. Contact venue directly for specific pricing tied to your event scope.

What planners usually like:

• Clear communication approach—the venue emphasizes working closely with clients, which reduces back-and-forth confusion during planning
• Extended weekend availability (open Saturday, though closed Sunday) provides flexibility for events that don't require Sunday access
• Hands-on team support through the planning process rather than a purely transactional model
• Accessible location on Lake East Drive with straightforward business hours during standard planning consultation times

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact guest count limits for different room configurations, as this directly impacts your event size and pricing
• Amenities included: Ask what's provided (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, catering options, parking) versus what requires outside vendors or additional fees
• Venue restrictions: Confirm policies on outside vendors, alcohol, music/noise limits, and any setup/breakdown time requirements
• Availability and pricing structure: Since pricing requires contact, clarify deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and whether weekend rates differ from weekday rates
