• Willing to work with clients on custom configurations suggests adaptability for different event sizes and layouts
• Direct communication approach can streamline planning without excessive third-party coordination

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Get exact guest counts for different room configurations, as this directly impacts pricing and logistics planning
• Included vs. à la carte services — Confirm what's covered in the rental (tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system) versus what costs extra, including catering partnerships or outside vendor policies
• Setup/breakdown timeline — Clarify available hours for load-in and load-out, especially if you're planning an early morning or late-night event
• Recent event portfolio — Request photos or references from comparable recent events to verify current condition and actual setup capabilities
