What planners usually like:

• West-side Las Vegas location on Decatur Boulevard provides accessibility for local guests and established neighborhood presence
• Weekday and Saturday availability (closed Sundays) offers flexibility for different event schedules
• Direct contact approach with staff suggests personalized service and willingness to customize arrangements
• Established banquet hall format indicates experience with event logistics and standard event-day operations

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request complete capacity breakdown—exact guest limits, any room configurations, and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Confirm what's included in rental cost: tables, chairs, linens, AV equipment, kitchen access, parking, and setup/breakdown time
• Ask about in-house catering requirements or if outside vendors are permitted, as this significantly impacts total event cost
• Verify any event time restrictions beyond posted business hours (setup times, late-night events, weekend rates) and get cancellation/rain date policies in writing
