SBC Event Studio

Best For: Corporate meetings and seminars, private parties and celebrations, photo/video shoots, small to mid-sized conferences

Estimated Budget Range: $500–$3,000+ per event (estimate based on studio-type venue in the Bronx market). Actual costs depend entirely on event duration, guest count, and add-on services. Contact the venue directly for detailed pricing, as this is a significant variable for budget planning.

What planners usually like:

• Seven-day-a-week availability with extended hours (9 AM–8 PM) provides scheduling flexibility for various event types and attendee preferences
• Located on accessible East Tremont Avenue in the Bronx, making it reachable for clients across the borough and nearby areas
• Responsive team willing to discuss custom requirements and work through planning stages collaboratively

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact guest capacity and whether it varies by event setup (theater-style, classroom, reception, etc.)
• Amenities and inclusions: Ask what's provided (tables, chairs, AV equipment, lighting, kitchen access, parking) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Space configuration: Understand if the studio is one flexible space or multiple rooms, and what setup/breakdown time is allowed
• Additional costs: Confirm whether quoted pricing includes setup, staffing, technical support, or if these are separate line items
