What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (10 AM–9 PM, seven days a week) provide scheduling flexibility for various event types and attendee availability
• Located in the Bronx with accessible street parking nearby, making it convenient for local guests
• Direct communication channels available via phone and Instagram for quick responses and personalized planning

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Confirm exact guest capacity to ensure the space fits your event size and determine if multiple bookings can be accommodated
• Included amenities – Verify what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, audio/visual equipment, restrooms) versus what requires additional rental or setup fees
• Pricing structure – Ask whether costs are hourly, flat-rate, or tiered by guest count, and clarify cancellation/deposit policies
• Setup and breakdown time – Confirm whether your rental window includes setup/teardown or if additional time (and fees) are required
