Best For: Weddings, corporate events, cultural celebrations, and community gatherings in the Bronx

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$5,000+ for venue rental (actual costs depend on guest count, date, and add-ons). This is an estimate; request a detailed quote directly from the venue as pricing is customized.

What planners usually like:

• Extended evening hours on Friday and Saturday (until 11:00 PM) accommodate receptions and celebrations that run late
• Flexible weekday scheduling with consistent 9:00 AM–9:00 PM availability for rehearsals, corporate functions, and daytime events
• Local Bronx location with convenient street access; easy for vendors and guests to reach
• Direct contact availability and stated commitment to clear communication simplifies the planning process

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Confirm exact guest count limits and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Included amenities – Ask what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, bar setup, sound/lighting) versus what requires outside vendors or additional fees
• Catering policy – Determine if in-house catering is required, if outside caterers are permitted, and related costs
• Setup and breakdown – Clarify how much time before/after your event is available and whether additional fees apply for extended access
