Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and room configurations — Get specific guest counts and whether the space can be divided for smaller events or configured differently
• What's actually included — Confirm what amenities, catering options, tables, chairs, and setup/breakdown support are part of the rental versus add-on costs
• Specific restrictions or requirements — Ask about alcohol policies, outside vendor policies, kitchen access, and any religious or operational guidelines that may apply
• Availability windows and booking terms — Clarify deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and how far in advance they book, especially for peak seasons
