Royal Glenora Club

Best For:

• Corporate events and business functions (extended weekday hours until midnight)
• Member gatherings and club-based celebrations
• Daytime community events and workshops
• Functions requiring flexible scheduling across weekdays

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate due to lack of pricing information. Contact the venue directly for quotes, as costs will vary significantly based on space selection, guest count, catering, and member vs. non-member rates. Budget anywhere from $1,500–$10,000+ depending on your event scope.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours on weekdays (until midnight) provide flexibility for evening corporate events and receptions
• River Valley Road location offers convenient access and a scenic setting in Edmonton
• Reputation for clear communication with organizers reduces back-and-forth delays
• Club membership structure may provide cost advantages for member-hosted events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers for different spaces—the unspecified capacity makes it difficult to assess if the venue fits your guest count
• Confirm what amenities are included (AV equipment, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires additional rental
• Clarify pricing structure, particularly whether non-member events incur premium rates or have different terms than member events
• Ask about Saturday/Sunday availability and whether the earlier closing time (11:00 PM) works for your event timeline
