What planners usually like:

• Consistent availability with daily operating hours (open 7 days a week until 8:00 PM) makes scheduling easier for most event types
• Brooklyn location on Shell Rd offers reasonable access for guests across the area
• Dedicated event coordination team suggests they handle logistics and vendor communication, reducing your management burden
• Banquet hall setup typically includes basic tables, chairs, and standard lighting—good baseline for most formal events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout: Confirm exact guest capacity and whether the space can be divided for smaller events or adjusted for your specific layout needs
• Included services: Verify what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, basic lighting) versus what requires additional rental or vendor fees
• Catering policy: Determine if in-house catering is required, if outside caterers are permitted, and what the associated costs are
• Event-day timeline: Confirm setup/breakdown time windows, how the 8:00 PM closing time affects your event duration, and any overtime fees
