Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide specific estimate without capacity details and amenities information. Contact the venue directly for pricing. Based on the Sydney CBD location (Clarence St), expect mid-to-premium range pricing typical for inner-city event spaces. Actual costs will depend on guest count, event duration, and included services.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (7 AM–midnight weekdays, 9 AM–midnight weekends) allow flexible event timing and setup/breakdown windows
• CBD location provides accessibility for Sydney-based attendees and proximity to accommodation and dining options
• Responsive communication style noted as a venue strength when coordinating logistics
• Late-night availability supports evening events without venue closures being a constraint

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Essential for determining if the space suits your guest count and event type
• Included amenities – Confirm what's provided (AV equipment, catering facilities, tables, climate control, parking, etc.) versus what requires additional hire
• Pricing structure – Understand whether rates are hourly, all-inclusive, or tiered by guest count; clarify what's included in base price
• Space configuration – Ask about layout flexibility, room divisions, and whether the venue suits your specific event format (theater-style, banquet, cocktail, etc.)
