LV Convention

Best For: Local corporate events, community gatherings, small to medium-scale banquets, weekday business meetings and seminars

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect rates typical for banquet halls in the Secunderabad area (likely ₹500–2,000+ per plate for catered events, depending on guest count and services). Request itemized pricing for venue rental, catering, and any additional services.

What planners usually like:

• Seven-day availability with consistent 10 AM–6 PM hours simplifies scheduling across weekdays and weekends
• Accessible location on Suchitra Road with nearby landmark (Orange Travels) makes it easy for guests to find
• Direct contact line suggests responsive communication—useful for clarifying details during the planning process
• Local focus means familiarity with Secunderabad event logistics and vendor networks

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details: Confirm exact guest capacity, as this directly impacts event scale and pricing structure
• Amenities and inclusions: Request a complete list of what's provided (tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking, Wi-Fi, etc.) versus what requires external arrangement
• Operating hours limitations: Confirm whether events can extend beyond 6 PM, as listed hours may not accommodate evening celebrations
• Catering policy: Clarify whether in-house catering is mandatory, if outside vendors are allowed, and what flexibility exists for menu customization
