Hotel SPG Grand

Best For:

• Corporate conferences and business meetings (24-hour availability supports multi-day events)
• Wedding receptions and celebrations (hotel venue with guest accommodation)
• Small to mid-sized seminars and training programs
• Events requiring flexible check-in/check-out timing

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect ₹50,000–₹3,00,000+ depending on event scale, room bookings, and catering requirements. This is a rough estimate for the Secunderabad hotel market; actual costs will vary significantly based on your specific needs. Direct contact with the venue is essential for accurate quotes.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock operation provides genuine flexibility for events with non-standard timings or multi-day scheduling
• Integrated hotel accommodations eliminate the need to coordinate separate lodging for out-of-town guests
• Location opposite RTA on HT Road offers reasonable accessibility within the Secunderabad/Kompally area
• Continuous staffing support available for setup, breakdown, and guest services at any hour

Things to clarify before booking:

• Event spaces: Confirm available banquet halls, their individual capacities, and layout flexibility (currently no amenities listed)
• Inclusive services: Ask what's covered in pricing—catering, decor, AV setup, parking—versus what requires separate vendors
• Actual capacity limits: The venue's total guest capacity and per-space limits are not specified; get specific numbers for your event size
• Peak pricing and minimums: Inquire about event minimums, weekend/holiday surcharges, and whether room block requirements apply for guest accommodation
