What planners usually like:

• Accessible weekday hours (until 7:00 PM) work well for after-work events and rehearsal dinners
• Location on W Evans Ave provides decent access within Denver's west side
• Team is noted for clear communication, which simplifies the planning process
• Flexibility to work with various event types suggests adaptability to different needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – The unlisted capacity is essential for determining if the space fits your guest count; request exact square footage and maximum occupancy
• Catering policy – Confirm whether in-house catering is required, permitted, or if outside vendors are allowed (this significantly impacts costs)
• Amenities and inclusions – Ask about tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, bar setup, AV capabilities, parking, and what's covered in the rental fee
• Limited weekend availability – Saturday closes at 4:00 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM; verify if these hours work for your event timeline and confirm Saturday availability well in advance
