• Civic center positioning typically indicates suitability for both formal and casual events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics—Request total square footage, breakout room options, and max occupancy to confirm it fits your guest count
• Amenities and inclusions—Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, AV equipment, staging, parking, kitchen facilities) versus what requires rental
• Setup/breakdown timing—Verify whether 8 AM–5 PM hours apply to event duration or staff availability, and what flexibility exists for evening/weekend events
• Restrictions and policies—Ask about catering options, alcohol permissions, noise limitations, and any exclusive vendor requirements before committing
