Laila Reception

Best For:

• Traditional and multicultural wedding celebrations
• Couples seeking personalized planning support and direct communication
• Events requiring flexible weekday or weekend scheduling
• Mid-to-large scale receptions in the Melbourne metropolitan area

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine accurately. Based on the venue's Melbourne location and wedding-focused positioning, expect this to fall in the mid-to-premium range for the area (typically $3,000–$8,000+ for venue hire, depending on guest count and services). Request a detailed quote early—pricing often varies significantly by date, guest count, and included services. Actual costs may vary considerably based on specific requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Daily availability for consultations (10 AM–6 PM, seven days a week) makes scheduling site visits and planning meetings straightforward
• Emphasis on clear communication and attention to detail suggests a responsive planning process with fewer surprises
• Established track record of working with couples through full planning cycles, from concept to execution
• Local Melbourne reputation for reliability reduces research burden when vetting options

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Confirm exact guest capacity (indoor/outdoor) and whether it accommodates your anticipated headcount range
• Included services vs. add-ons – Clarify what's covered in base venue hire (tables, chairs, lighting, sound, catering options, bar setup) versus external vendor requirements and fees
• Available dates and blackout periods – Some venues hold dates for existing bookings; confirm availability for your preferred date range and any seasonal restrictions
• Cancellation and payment terms – Request written details on deposit requirements, payment schedule, and cancellation/rescheduling policies before committing
