What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (6:00 AM–10:00 PM daily) provide flexibility for morning, afternoon, or evening events
• Accessible location in Chromepet with nearby landmark reference (Shri Balajee Bhavan Hotel) makes it easy for guests to locate
• Direct contact number available for quick communication and personalized event discussions
• Reportedly reliable team focused on client communication throughout the planning process

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity unclear – Get exact guest capacity and whether it's suitable for your expected headcount; this significantly impacts pricing and logistics
• Amenities not specified – Confirm what's included (AC/ventilation, parking, kitchen facilities, sound system, lighting, tables/chairs, decorations support)
• In-house catering or external options – Clarify if they have a preferred caterer, allow external vendors, and what the food/beverage costs are
• Hidden costs – Ask about charges for décor, parking, power backup, guest services, and any mandatory add-ons beyond the base venue rental
