The Palace House

Best For:

• Corporate events and business functions (conferences, seminars, product launches)
• Wedding receptions and engagement celebrations
• Community gatherings and cultural events (particularly given proximity to Cholamandal Artists Village)
• Birthday parties and social celebrations

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000 – ₹3,00,000+ depending on guest count, catering selections, and décor requirements. Since pricing is contact-based, actual costs will vary significantly. Request itemized quotes covering venue rental, catering per plate, service charges, and any additional setup fees.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (6 AM – 10:30 PM) provide flexibility for morning events, afternoon functions, and evening celebrations
• Open 7 days a week with consistent availability reduces scheduling conflicts
• Unique location within an artists' village offers distinctive aesthetic appeal and cultural ambiance for events
• Responsive communication approach mentioned suggests straightforward coordination

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers—the unlisted capacity makes it difficult to assess whether it suits your guest count
• Confirm what's included in venue rental (tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, kitchen access) versus what requires additional rental
• Clarify catering policy: does the venue have in-house catering, require specific partners, or allow external caterers? (This significantly impacts overall event cost)
• Discuss parking availability, loading/unloading access, and any restrictions for the Cholamandal Artists Village location
