Jawhar Elite AR Tower

Best For: Corporate events and conferences, wedding receptions, product launches, community gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes. Based on comparable banquet halls in the Periamet area, expect moderate pricing typical for neighborhood venues in Chennai—likely ₹500–2,000+ per plate for catered events, depending on menu and guest count. Actual costs will depend on guest capacity, catering choices, and add-on services.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (8 AM–11 PM daily) provide flexibility for morning meetings, afternoon events, and evening celebrations without time constraints
• Consistent weekly availability reduces scheduling conflicts and simplifies coordination across multiple events
• Located on a main road (Vepery High Rd), making the venue relatively accessible for guests traveling across Chennai
• Willingness to work with local planners suggests responsive management and customizable event support

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout: Confirm exact guest capacity, number of available halls, and whether the space can be divided or configured for different event sizes
• Amenities and inclusions: Request a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, sound system, kitchen facilities, parking, restroom capacity, Wi-Fi) and what requires external vendors
• Catering policy: Clarify whether in-house catering is mandatory, if outside vendors are permitted, and what the per-plate costs or kitchen charges are
• Hidden costs: Ask about parking fees, setup/breakdown charges, security deposits, cancellation policies, and any minimum spending requirements
