Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes. Based on the Atlanta market for similar industrial/multipurpose spaces, expect anywhere from $1,500–$5,000+ depending on event size, date, and services included. Actual costs will vary significantly based on capacity, rental duration, and add-on services.

What planners usually like:

• Clear communication and hands-on support from the planning team, which reduces coordination stress
• Local Atlanta experience means the venue understands regional vendor networks and logistics
• Located in the NW Atlanta area, which is accessible but requires confirming nearby parking and load-in options
• Flexible approach to working with organizers to customize events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout options — Confirm maximum guest count and whether the space can be divided or configured for different event types
• Included amenities — Ask specifically about tables, chairs, lighting, kitchen access, bar setup, AV capabilities, and restroom facilities
• Pricing structure — Understand what's included in the base rental fee versus what incurs additional charges (setup time, staffing, catering requirements, etc.)
• Availability and booking policies — Confirm business hours, event scheduling flexibility, cancellation policies, and deposit/payment terms
