Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes. Based on the "meeting hall" classification and downtown Atlanta location, expect moderate to mid-range pricing, though actual costs will depend on group size, duration, and specific services required.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability across all days provides genuine scheduling flexibility for groups with unconventional timing needs
• Downtown location on Ted Turner Drive offers reasonable accessibility within Atlanta
• Appears to accommodate varying group sizes, making it adaptable for different event scales
• Straightforward contact process through their events website

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers and room configurations—this information is essential for matching your group size to the space
• Ask for a detailed amenities list (AV capabilities, tables/chairs, kitchen access, parking, restrooms) as none are currently specified
• Confirm what's included in pricing versus what incurs additional fees (setup, breakdown, staffing, equipment rental)
• Verify available dates well in advance and understand their booking and cancellation policies, especially given the 24-hour operation
