Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits — Confirm total guest capacity and whether multiple breakout spaces are available for larger events
• Weekend availability — Venue shows Saturday/Sunday closure; confirm if exceptions can be made or if alternative dates work for your timeline
• Included services and setup — Ask specifically what's provided (tables, chairs, A/V, catering kitchen access, parking, etc.) versus what incurs additional fees
• Event type restrictions — Clarify what "other" venue type means and whether they accommodate your specific event format (cocktail receptions, formal dinners, etc.)
