Evoqe Events

Best For: Corporate functions, professional conferences, business meetings, and smaller celebrations requiring a central Melbourne location

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate due to pricing not being publicly listed. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect Melbourne CBD venues in this category to range from $2,000–$10,000+ depending on guest count, time of day, and services included. Request itemized pricing to compare fairly.

What planners usually like:

• Central Queen Street location makes it accessible for city-based attendees and minimizes travel logistics
• Extended Saturday availability (until 5:00 PM) provides weekend options beyond typical Monday–Friday corporate bookings
• Direct contact team available during business hours for detailed consultation and custom quote discussions
• Professional positioning suggests reliability for corporate and formal events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Confirm exact guest count capacity, as this significantly impacts budget and event type suitability
• Space configuration – Ask about room layout options (theatre, banquet, boardroom) and whether the venue suits your specific setup needs
• Included amenities – Clarify what's provided (AV equipment, furniture, catering facilities, parking) versus what requires additional vendors or fees
• Weekend and evening availability – Saturday hours end at 5:00 PM; confirm if your event timeline works within these constraints and whether extended hours are negotiable
