Everest Function Centre

Best For:

• Indian cuisine-focused celebrations (weddings, engagements, anniversaries)
• Corporate dinners and business functions
• Community gatherings and social celebrations
• Evening events and late-night receptions

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to specify. Based on the venue type (function centre with restaurant operations) and Sydney market rates, expect anywhere from $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count, catering selections, and day of week. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as pricing likely varies significantly by date and event specifications.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (9 AM–11:30 PM daily) accommodate both daytime and evening events without time pressure
• Seven-day availability removes scheduling conflicts for weekend and weekday planning
• Integrated food and beverage service (appears restaurant-based) simplifies catering logistics
• Consistent accessibility—same hours every day reduce confusion during planning

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Confirm maximum guest count, as this directly impacts budget and event feasibility
• Amenities and setup – Ask about audio/visual equipment, table configurations, kitchen facilities, parking, and any setup/breakdown restrictions
• Included vs. additional costs – Clarify what's covered in the venue fee versus separate charges for catering, service staff, rentals, or decorations
• Minimum spend or booking requirements – Confirm if there's a minimum guest count or food/beverage spend, especially for off-peak times
