Enclave

Best For:

• Late-night or after-hours events (product launches, nightlife experiences, private parties)
• Events requiring flexible scheduling with 24/7 access
• Corporate functions or gatherings needing non-traditional timing
• Creative industry events or experimental experiences

Estimated Budget Range: Without publicly listed pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine accurately. Contact Enclave directly for quotes, but expect costs to vary significantly based on guest count, event duration, and specific requirements. For comparable Perth venues, budget $2,000–$10,000+ depending on your needs. Note: This is an estimate; actual pricing may vary considerably.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability removes scheduling constraints and enables unique event timing options
• Central Lord Street location provides good accessibility for guests
• Apparent flexibility and willingness to customize offerings based on planner communication
• No standard operating hours restrictions for unconventional event ideas

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity details and layout options (essential for accurate headcount planning and budgeting)
• Confirm what amenities and services are included—ask about AV, catering, furniture, lighting, and bar facilities
• Clarify pricing structure, including day/night rate differences, minimum spend requirements, and overtime charges
• Discuss setup and breakdown timelines, especially for 24-hour bookings, and confirm any access or staffing limitations
