What planners usually like:

• Local, accessible location on a major highway (AB-60) makes it convenient for Edmonton-based attendees
• Community-focused approach suggests flexibility and willingness to work with organizers on customized needs
• Established business with direct phone contact—easier to have real conversations about your event requirements
• Likely lower costs compared to commercial venues, making it budget-friendly for nonprofits and local groups

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm total capacity and layout options (separate rooms available? maximum occupancy per space?)
• Request detailed amenity list: tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, parking, accessibility features
• Ask about setup/breakdown time, whether it's included in rental, and any restrictions on timing or event types
• Understand cancellation policy, deposit requirements, and what's included in the base rental fee versus what costs extra
