What planners usually like:

• Prime Sherbrooke Street location in central Montreal with good accessibility and walkability
• Extended late-night hours on weekends (until 2:00 AM) suit evening and after-hours events
• Flexible space design suggests adaptability for different event layouts and configurations
• Long operating hours on weekdays provide options for daytime corporate events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual capacity limits, as this wasn't specified—critical for determining if the space fits your guest count
• Request detailed amenity list (sound system, lighting, bar setup, restrooms, parking, AV capabilities) to assess what you'll need to bring in
• Ask about included services versus add-on costs (setup/breakdown, staffing, tables/chairs, kitchen access)
• Verify any restrictions on outside catering, beverage service, or vendor policies before committing
