What planners usually like:
- Downtown LA location with accessible street parking and proximity to public transit
- Flexible weekday scheduling (9 AM–6 PM) suits corporate bookings and daytime events
- Direct contact available via phone and website for personalized consultation before committing
- Saturday availability (until 2 PM) provides weekend option for smaller or morning events
Things to clarify before booking:
- Confirm actual guest capacity—this directly impacts which events are feasible and affects pricing
- Request detailed amenity list (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV/tech capabilities, restrooms, parking arrangements)
- Clarify what's included in venue rental vs. what requires outside vendors (catering, rentals, insurance requirements)
- Confirm cancellation/rescheduling policy and deposit structure, especially given limited Saturday hours may restrict availability
