What planners usually like:

• Philadelphia location on Norcom Rd offers accessible parking and proximity to the city
• Direct contact line makes initial inquiry straightforward for timeline and rate discussions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Request exact guest count limits to ensure the space fits your anticipated attendance
• Amenities and built-in features — Confirm what's included (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, kitchen facilities, bar setup, dance floor, lighting) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Event hour policies — The listed hours are business hours; clarify actual event rental windows, setup/breakdown time, and any overtime charges for evening or weekend events
• Catering requirements — Determine if in-house catering is mandatory, if outside caterers are permitted, and what that impacts on pricing and logistics
