Amber Garden

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and ceremonies
• Engagement parties and pre-wedding events
• Small to mid-sized social gatherings
• Evening celebrations (given the 11 AM–11 PM operating window)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to pin down. Based on the venue type and Indore market standards, expect anywhere from ₹50,000–₹3,00,000+ depending on guest count, catering, and decor requirements. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as pricing typically varies by date, season, and guest capacity.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily operating hours (11 AM–11 PM) provide scheduling flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, and evening events
• Accessible location on Indore Bypass Road with nearby commercial landmarks for easy navigation and vendor coordination
• Consistent availability throughout the week, including weekends, reducing date conflicts
• Garden setting typically offers natural aesthetics, reducing decor requirements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details: Confirm exact guest capacity for indoor and outdoor spaces—this is critical for budget and planning
• Amenities and inclusions: Request a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking, restrooms, etc.)
• Pricing structure: Understand the full cost breakdown—per-plate catering, venue rental, decor, or package deals—and confirm if outside vendors are permitted
• Restrictions and logistics: Ask about noise restrictions, load-in/load-out times, weather contingencies, and whether alcohol service is allowed
