What planners usually like:

• Located in a developed area (HIlink City, Panchsheel Nagar) with reasonable accessibility for most guests in Indore
• Open 7 days a week eliminates day-of-week limitations for scheduling
• Banquet hall format typically suits multiple event types without venue-specific restrictions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Confirm exact guest capacity to ensure it matches your event size and understand any tiered pricing
• Included amenities — Ask specifically about tables, chairs, lighting, sound system, parking, kitchen facilities, and whether catering must be in-house or external
• Additional costs — Clarify charges for setup/breakdown time, décor installation, late-night operations beyond standard hours, and any service taxes
• Cancellation and terms — Request written details on advance booking requirements, cancellation policies, and what happens if your event date needs adjustment
