What planners usually like:

• Central Bhowanipore location on Chowringhee Road is accessible and recognizable for guests across Kolkata
• Seven-day availability with consistent operating hours (10:30 AM – 8:00 PM) provides flexibility for event scheduling
• Direct contact option (+91 84202 07997) suggests personalized coordination rather than automated responses
• Established focus on clear communication can simplify the planning process

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Get specific guest count limits for different room configurations (seated dinner, cocktail, theater-style) to confirm the venue fits your event size
• Amenities and inclusions – Confirm what's provided (catering, décor, sound/lighting, parking, restrooms) versus what requires external vendors
• Pricing structure – Ask for a detailed breakdown of venue charges, per-plate catering costs, service charges, and any hidden fees
• Peak season policies – Inquire about minimum booking requirements, advance payment terms, and cancellation policies, especially for weekend events
