JMS Villa & Gardens (AC Banquet Hall With Garden)

Best For:

• Weddings and wedding receptions (indoor + outdoor flexibility)
• Corporate events and seminars (AC banquet hall with extended hours)
• Birthday parties and family celebrations (garden ambiance option)
• Cocktail receptions and mixed indoor-outdoor gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹8,00,000+ depending on guest count, catering, and décor. Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs may vary significantly based on season, day of week, and specific services included. Request itemized quotes covering venue rental, catering (if applicable), and any additional charges.

What planners usually like:

• Dual-space setup (AC banquet hall + gardens) allows flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, and mingling areas without changing venues
• Extended operating hours (7 AM–10 PM daily) accommodates morning events through evening functions
• Madurdaha location is accessible within Kolkata with reasonable distance from central areas
• Consistent availability throughout the week eliminates day-based pricing surprises

Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity limits – Confirm maximum guest count for banquet hall and garden separately, and combined capacity for split events
• What's included vs. extra charges – Verify whether catering, décor, parking, AC usage, garden setup, and staffing are included or billed separately
• Garden weather contingency – Confirm backup plans and indoor space availability if outdoor portions are affected by rain or heat
• Vendor policies – Clarify restrictions on outside catering, decorators, photographers, and music systems to avoid last-minute surprises
