Things to clarify before booking:
Contact them directly at +91 77360 99099 during business hours (7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, daily) to discuss your event details including guest count, date, venue, and dietary preferences. They'll work with you to understand your specific needs before providing pricing. Since pricing varies based on customization, having clear event parameters ready will help expedite the quoting process.
Vijayalakshmi Caterers operates as a full-service catering provider supporting events across Kochi, suggesting capacity for larger gatherings. However, you'll need to confirm their maximum guest capacity, staffing availability, and logistics support (cooking space, transportation, setup at your venue) directly to ensure they can handle your specific event scale.
While their description indicates flexibility in working with clients throughout event planning, specific menu options and customization policies aren't detailed. Contact them directly to discuss whether they offer multiple cuisine styles, special dietary accommodations (vegetarian, vegan, allergies), and themed menu options for your event type.
This is essential information to clarify before booking. Ask whether their pricing includes serving staff, crockery, cutlery, serving utensils, and table setup, or if these are separate charges. Understanding the complete service scope helps you budget accurately and avoid unexpected costs.
Confirm whether they deliver to your chosen venue, what setup assistance they provide, timing flexibility for meal service, and any additional charges for venues outside central Kochi. Understanding logistics constraints helps you plan the event timeline and coordinate with other vendors effectively.
Since they operate daily until 6:30 PM, contact them to discuss advance booking requirements. Ask about typical turnaround time (2 weeks, 1 month, etc.) and whether they can accommodate last-minute requests based on availability and event size.
Share a few details and they will get back to you.
