FAME VENUE

Best For:

• Evening receptions and cocktail parties (extended hours until 2:00 AM)
• Corporate gatherings and networking events
• Private parties and celebrations
• Flexible multi-hour events requiring late-night availability

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without published pricing information. Contact the venue directly for quotes, as costs will depend heavily on guest count, date, time of day, and any add-on services. San Francisco event venues in similar locations typically range from $2,000–$10,000+ for venue rental alone, but this venue's actual pricing structure is unknown.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (9:00 AM–2:00 AM daily) provide flexibility for events that run late or have non-traditional timing
• Consistent daily schedule eliminates confusion about weekend vs. weekday availability
• Prime Broadway location in San Francisco offers accessibility and visibility
• Willingness to work with clients on flexible scheduling suggests accommodation for custom event needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity: Get a specific guest count limit, as this dramatically affects pricing and logistics planning
• Amenities & setup: Confirm what's included (tables, chairs, bar equipment, lighting, sound system, kitchen facilities) vs. what requires outside vendors
• Pricing structure: Understand the full cost breakdown—hourly rental rates, minimums, deposits, and any additional fees for late-night hours, staffing, or special requests
• Booking terms: Clarify cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and how far in advance you need to commit
