What planners usually like:

• Open seven days a week during standard daytime hours, offering scheduling flexibility for weekday and weekend events
• Direct communication emphasis suggests responsive management—important for troubleshooting during planning
• Alemany Boulevard location provides accessible parking options, which can be valuable in San Francisco
• Straightforward contact approach (phone and website) makes initial inquiry simple

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Get exact guest count limits and whether the space can be subdivided for smaller events
• Included amenities — Confirm what's built in (tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV capabilities, restrooms) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Event hour restrictions — Since business hours end at 5:00 PM, clarify if evening events are possible and under what terms
• Setup and breakdown — Understand whether your rental window includes setup/cleanup time or if these are additional charges
