Riverwood Mansion

Best For:

• Intimate to mid-sized weddings (likely 50-150 guests, pending capacity confirmation)
• Couples seeking a Nashville-area venue with personalized service and direct communication
• Events requiring weekday scheduling or flexibility with Monday-Friday availability

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without pricing details. Contact the venue directly, but expect mid-to-premium pricing typical for established Nashville mansion venues ($3,000–$10,000+ depending on guest count, season, and services included). This is an estimate only; actual costs vary significantly.

What planners usually like:

• Dedicated weekday availability (9 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri) appeals to couples with flexible timelines or smaller guest lists
• Emphasis on clear communication and attention to detail reduces planning friction
• Historic mansion setting provides built-in aesthetic appeal and likely reduces decoration needs
• Direct contact access (+1 615-228-8892) enables straightforward conversations about event requirements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Guest capacity limits – Essential for budget forecasting and to confirm the venue fits your guest count
• Event timing flexibility – Confirm whether ceremonies/receptions can extend beyond business hours, or if Saturday/Sunday availability exists (hours listed show closure both days)
• Included services vs. rentals – Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, catering options, bar service, parking) versus what requires outside vendors
• Site restrictions – Ask about photography/videography policies, music volume limitations, outdoor space access, and any exclusive vendor requirements
