Coco’s Event Center

Best For: Corporate events and networking functions, catered receptions and dinners, small-to-medium weddings, private parties and celebrations

Estimated Budget Range: $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental (actual costs unknown; contact required). Total event budget will depend heavily on guest count, catering selections, and add-on services. Plan for additional costs beyond venue fees.

What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (9 AM–9 PM Saturday/Sunday) provide flexibility for various event start times
• Weekday availability with reasonable operating hours supports corporate and mid-week events
• On-site catering connection suggests streamlined vendor coordination and potentially bundled services
• Located on Alabama Ave in Nashville with accessible contact information for direct communication

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Request exact guest count ranges (theater-style, seated dinner, cocktail) to confirm the venue fits your event size
• Pricing structure – Ask whether quotes include venue rental only or if catering/services are bundled; request sample pricing for your guest count and date type
• Amenities and setup – Confirm what's included (tables, chairs, bar, kitchen access, A/V, parking) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Cancellation and deposit policies – Understand payment terms, cancellation windows, and any date-hold requirements before committing
