Secret Garden by Wedgewood Weddings

Best For:

• Wedding ceremonies and receptions for couples seeking established vendor partnerships
• Events requiring flexible late-night hosting (venue open until midnight daily)
• Couples who value streamlined planning processes and responsive communication

Estimated Budget Range: $3,000–$8,000+ for venue rental (estimate based on Phoenix market rates for full-service wedding venues; actual costs vary significantly by guest count, date, and package selections). Contact the venue directly for precise pricing tied to your specific event details.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (8 AM–midnight) provide flexibility for ceremony timing and reception length without standard venue cutoffs
• Wedgewood Weddings' established reputation brings organizational infrastructure and clear communication protocols that reduce planning friction
• Full-service approach typically includes coordination support, which appeals to couples managing logistics independently
• Straightforward booking process with a dedicated contact line (+1 866-966-3009) for direct questions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Guest capacity range – This directly impacts which wedding sizes fit the venue and helps determine realistic pricing
• Specific amenities and what's included – Confirm catering options, setup/breakdown policies, in-house services vs. outside vendor permissions, and parking availability
• Peak season availability and pricing tiers – Rates often vary by day of week and season; clarify which dates are realistic for your timeline
• Backup/contingency plans – Verify weather policies, rain plans, and cancellation/rescheduling terms given the outdoor garden setting
