Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity and room configurations — confirm maximum guest count and whether the space can be subdivided for different event sizes
• Catering and bar services — clarify whether catering is in-house, if external caterers are permitted, and what beverages/licensing arrangements exist
• Setup and breakdown times — confirm how much time is included before/after your event time slot, especially important for Saturday bookings
• Specific amenities — ask about sound system, kitchen facilities, parking, licensing for alcohol service, and any décor restrictions
