Alpine Restaurant Banquet

Best For: Small corporate events and business dinners, intimate wedding receptions or engagement parties, family celebrations and milestone gatherings, casual social events and birthday parties

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect ₹8,000–₹15,000+ per head for a full banquet setup (food, beverages, and venue), though this varies significantly based on menu selection and event timing. Contact the venue directly for exact quotes, as pricing often depends on whether you're using their catering exclusively and which time slot you book.

What planners usually like:

• Central location in Ellisbridge with established visibility and easy accessibility from multiple parts of Ahmedabad
• Consistent availability across all days of the week, including weekends, with defined service windows
• Suitable capacity of 100 guests works well for intimate to mid-sized events without feeling too large or impersonal
• Operating as both a restaurant and banquet space suggests they handle food service in-house, potentially simplifying logistics

Things to clarify before booking:

• Get detailed information on what amenities are included—audio/visual setup, tables, chairs, decor options, lighting, and whether they accommodate external decorators
• Confirm food and beverage pricing structure separately; clarify if there's a per-plate cost, minimum spend requirement, or package deals for different service styles
• Verify the exact space layout and whether the 100-guest capacity applies to the entire venue or if multiple areas can be used for larger events
• Ask about their flexibility with timings—whether lunch service (11 AM–3 PM) or evening slots (7–11 PM) can be extended for events, and if there are restrictions on event duration
