Wisteria Hall

Best For:

• Garden-themed weddings and ceremonies
• Corporate retreats and team-building events
• Spring/summer celebrations capitalizing on arboretum aesthetics
• Nonprofit galas and fundraisers seeking distinctive outdoor settings

Estimated Budget Range: $2,500–$8,000+ for rental (estimate based on university-affiliated venue in Seattle market). Actual costs depend on guest count, season, day of week, and whether catering/bar services are included. Contact the venue for precise pricing tied to your event scope.

What planners usually like:

• Natural, landscaped backdrop eliminates need for extensive decoration in many cases
• University affiliation typically means professional event coordination support
• Built-in outdoor space provides flexibility for ceremony and reception configurations
• Arboretum setting appeals to clients seeking distinctive, Instagram-worthy venue aesthetics

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual capacity limits—this directly impacts guest count feasibility and pricing
• Verify weather contingency options (indoor backup space, tent allowances, or weather policies)
• Understand what's included in rental fee versus add-on costs (tables, chairs, linens, parking, restroom facilities)
• Ask about seasonal availability, blackout dates, and any restrictions on vendors, music/noise levels, or event timing
• Confirm whether alcohol service is permitted and if outside catering is allowed or if venue has preferred caterers
