Waterside Events

Best For: Corporate events, conferences, wedding receptions, community gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide accurate estimate due to lack of pricing transparency. Contact venue directly for quotes. Gold Coast event venues typically range $2,000–$15,000+ depending on guest count and services included, but this venue's actual costs may vary significantly.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (8:30 AM–11:59 PM daily) provide flexibility for event timing and vendor coordination
• Seven-day availability removes scheduling constraints common with venues that close mid-week
• Gold Coast waterside location likely offers scenic appeal, though specific views/features should be confirmed
• Team emphasizes clear communication and reliability, which reduces typical coordination friction

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers—this is essential for budget planning and guest list confirmation
• Confirm what's included in pricing: venue hire only, or does it encompass tables, chairs, basic lighting, catering facilities?
• Ask about existing amenities (toilets, kitchen access, parking, outdoor/indoor options, weather protection) since these aren't listed
• Understand setup/breakdown time allowances and whether they're included or charged separately, given the extended hours may create expectations around flexibility
