What planners usually like:

• Extended Saturday hours (9:00 AM–3:03 AM) accommodate both daytime and late-night receptions without venue changes
• Dedicated wedding focus suggests experienced staff familiar with reception logistics
• Flexible weekday availability useful for off-peak bookings or rehearsal dinners
• Located on accessible main road in established Melbourne suburb

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity range — Not specified; confirm maximum and minimum guest counts to assess suitability for your event size
• What's included vs. add-ons — Clarify catering, bar service, furniture, setup/breakdown, and staffing costs separate from venue hire
• Amenities and layout — Request details on kitchen facilities, bar setup, parking, disability access, and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Saturday late-night logistics — Confirm noise restrictions, final departure times, and any additional fees for events extending past midnight
