VIP salles de reception

Best For: Weddings, South Asian celebrations (mehendi, sangeet, reception), corporate banquets, large family gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: $3,000–$8,000+ for room rental (estimate based on Montreal banquet hall market). Actual costs depend on guest count, date, and catering selections. Contact venue directly for precise pricing tied to your specific event size and requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (open until 8:00 PM Friday-Saturday) accommodate typical reception timelines and guest arrivals
• East-end Montreal location provides accessibility for communities in that corridor
• Direct communication approach mentioned in description suggests responsive coordination during planning
• Specialized focus on weddings indicates experience with multi-part events and cultural celebrations

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Request exact guest counts for different room configurations; this directly impacts your headcount options and pricing
• Catering policy – Confirm whether in-house catering is required, if outside caterers are permitted, and what associated fees apply
• Amenities and setup – Ask about audio/visual equipment, lighting, décor restrictions, table/chair options, and kitchen access for caterers
• Included services – Clarify what's covered in the rental (tables, chairs, linens, basic setup) versus what incurs additional costs
