Venue SIX10

Best For:

• Corporate functions and professional gatherings
• Private celebrations (cocktail receptions, dinners)
• Chicago-based events requiring a downtown location
• Mid-to-large scale events (pending capacity confirmation)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. However, venues in Chicago's downtown corridor (particularly on Michigan Ave) typically range from $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count and time of day. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes based on your specific event size and date.

What planners usually like:

• Prime downtown Chicago location on Michigan Avenue with strong accessibility and visibility
• Direct contact approach allows for customized proposals rather than one-size-fits-all packages
• Team emphasis on client communication suggests flexibility in working through logistics
• Established venue with online presence indicates operational stability

Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity breakdown – Confirm total capacity and whether the space can be divided for different event sizes
• Included amenities – Specify what's provided (tables, chairs, AV, lighting, bar setup) versus what requires additional rental or vendor fees
• Pricing structure – Ask about base rental fees, per-person catering minimums, and any required service charges or gratuities
• Restrictions and policies – Confirm hours of operation, setup/breakdown times, outside vendor policies, parking availability, and any limitations on alcohol service or entertainment
