Vegas Banquet Hall and Convention Center | Wedding Planners in Bangalore

Best For:

• Intimate weddings and receptions (100-guest capacity)
• Corporate meetings and small conferences
• Birthday celebrations and anniversary parties
• Community gatherings and local events

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000+ depending on guest count, catering, and decor (actual costs vary significantly; contact venue directly for accurate pricing as rates are not publicly listed).

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily operating hours (9 AM–9 PM) provide scheduling flexibility for both daytime and evening events
• Consistent week-round availability with no apparent day-of-week closures
• Accessible location on main road (Bannerghatta Road) with recognizable nearby landmark (temple) for easy guest navigation
• Suitable size for intimate gatherings where personalized service is achievable

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request detailed amenity list—confirm what's included (tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires external vendors
• Verify actual capacity limit and layout options (theater-style, banquet rounds, cocktail setup) to ensure your guest count fits
• Understand pricing structure—ask about per-plate catering costs, venue rental fees, AC charges, and any additional taxes or service charges
• Confirm parking availability and accessibility, particularly for events with 75+ guests, given the road location
• Ask about in-house catering options or approved external caterer list to avoid vendor conflicts
