What planners usually like:

• Premium downtown location on the 48th floor provides an elevated setting with likely city views, useful for impressing clients or creating an upscale atmosphere
• Extended evening hours (until 11:00 PM Thursday–Friday, Saturday) accommodate after-work events and provide scheduling flexibility
• Direct communication from the venue team noted as a strength, which can streamline the planning process
• Membership-based club model typically includes professional service standards and established event infrastructure

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact guest capacity and any room-splitting options, as this isn't specified and directly impacts your event feasibility
• Understand the membership or access requirements—clarify whether guests need to be club members or if the venue accommodates outside groups for private events
• Request a detailed amenities list (AV capabilities, catering options, bar service, table/setup configurations) since none are currently listed
• Verify cancellation policies, minimum spend requirements, and whether weekend Saturday availability is consistent or limited, given the 5:00 PM start time
